While sitting in the ER (for a ridiculous amount of time), my daughter and I were watched (for a ridiculous amount of time) by this man. Who was he? I don't know. A prospective patient or relative of. But he sat there the whole time with the most disgusting, shit eating grin on his face, looking at my daughter like she was a steak and it was buffet time. Finally I got tired of trying not to let him know I noticed and just aimed my camera at him. He stopped smiling.
