Something my daughter pointed out to me on the sand. A seagull wandering about, leaving tracks. We did too, but that photo is too fuzzy to share. Ah, well.
The plumbers are coming back today. Yesterday, they eviscerated the long cabinet in the kitchen and tore into the wall behind it to expose the pipes. They left it that way when they were done for the day, with the cupboard door closed. I thought about taking a picture for those of you who were dying to see but as I reached for the knob, it occurred to me that, with the wall cut open, anything could have slipped from back in the walls to my cupboard and could, at that very minute, be waiting for someone to open the door and release Evil on all civilization.
Seemed a bad idea, so I chucked it and opened the fridge instead. I was going to take a picture of that for you, but someone had spilled milk on a shelf and left it to dry. Finding myself needing to choose between cleaning the shelf for a shot, cleaning the shelf for cleanliness sake or leaving it be and brushing my teeth, I left it be.
Then I forgot to brush my teeth. I suppose I should go do that now.
