We went to the lake this afternoon and no one needed to get out more than I did. This thing with the pain clinic has become so much more involved than I ever thought it would. Now I'm writing proposals for donations and sponsorships and calling here, there and everywhere else trying to get donations for their big fundraiser coming up.
I'm not complaining about the work involved. I want so much to be able to help other families who are living through what we have. It's a lot of work though and it was good to get away from my computer screen and look at something other than fine print for a while.
