Again, outside my home. The street floods.
The aforementioned L.A. river. I bet it's making those people nervous. I wish I could get pics of the flooding in the basin but they won't let anyone in there. You'd think that we could decide for ourselves how stupid we want to be. I guess they want to avoid the inevitable lawsuits which would stem from people being allowed to decide for themselves how stupid they want to be, then blame the city for not protecting them from themselves.
